No. Jean Folas Homes provides residential shared housing for adults who can live independently. We do not provide treatment, medical care, supervision or personal care.

Applicants may choose one furnished bed in a bedroom shared with one other resident or request a private furnished bedroom, subject to availability.

Shared-bedroom rates are generally $650–$800 monthly per bed. Private bedrooms are generally $900–$1,200 monthly.

A furnished room, high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating and cooling, shared kitchen and common areas, and laundry access are included unless different terms are disclosed before signing.

Yes. Students on rotations, traveling professionals, contractors, people relocating and other independent adults may request a shorter stay. Availability and terms vary.

Yes. Case managers, schools, employers, veteran organizations and community organizations can submit a housing referral with the person’s permission.

Applicants may identify government benefits, employer payments, school programs, nonprofit assistance or other third-party sources. Acceptance depends on the requirements of the payment source and housing agreement.

No. Residents purchase and prepare their own food and arrange their own transportation.
