Follow the property’s guest policy. Never enter another resident’s bedroom or use personal belongings without permission.
Safety
No illegal activity, tampering with safety equipment, or behavior that endangers others.
Substances and smoking
Illegal drugs are prohibited. Smoking and vaping rules will be property-specific and disclosed before move-in.
Payments and property care
Pay housing charges as agreed, report damage promptly, and avoid intentional or negligent damage.
Communication
Use the established process for household conflicts, maintenance requests and emergencies.
